The Westside Urban Forum is pleased to host a tour of a unique affordable housing development in Santa Monica. Brunson Terrace, developed by Community Corp. of Santa Monica, is an environmentally sustainable affordable housing building that also features a small business incubation marketplace. Come learn more about how the building was designed, and learn more about innovations that can be replicated.

Tour starts 9:30 am at 1819 Pico. Park in the visitor parking across the street at Santa Monica College, take the Expo line or ride your bike. Hope you’ll join us!
